Stephen Keith
Mr. Stephen Keith has over 20 years of experience working with mining and energy projects from concept to feasibility study, engineering design, project management and construction through financing and acquisitions. He has worked on projects in more than 30 countries, with an emphasis on the Americas, having been involved in more than C$ 2 billion in financing and merger and acquisition transactions for natural resource projects. Currently, Mr. Keith is Founding Partner at Strategy4Growth, a private advisory firm assisting resource companies bridge the gap between projects in Latin America and the global financial markets and is CEO of 4B Mining, an iron ore/ manganese developer in Brazil. Stephen is currently on the Board of Directors of Aura Minerals (ORA: TSX) as Lead Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. Other previous roles include: President and CEO of GrowMax Resources Corp. (TSX-V: GRO); Managing Director of Fertoz Ltd. (ASX: FTX); Founder, President and CEO of Rio Verde Minerals Development Corp. (TSX: RVD); and, VP Corporate Development at Plutonic Power Corp. Previously, he worked in Investment Banking and in Engineering Consulting: Investment Bank Director at Thomas Wiesel Partners; Vice President of Investment Banking at Westwind Partners Mining Group; and technical services manager at Knight Piesold Consulting. Mr. Keith has a degree in Applied Science, Geological Engineering, from Queen’s University, and an International MBA from York University, Schulich School of Business. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PEng) in Ontario and British Columbia (Retired).
Mathew Wilson
Mathew Wilson
Mr. Wilson has over 16 years of experience in venture capital with a primary focus on the mining sector. He has spent the past eight years as a mining CEO, leading mine restarts and exploration programs across multiple jurisdictions and building a cohesive, long-standing management team. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President at Pinetree Capital and later held executive roles, including CEO and CFO, in ventures spanning blockchain infrastructure and synthetic biology. Mr. Wilson is currently Chief Investment Officer at Earth Labs, managing a $50 million equity portfolio dedicated to the venture mining market. He is a CFA charterholder and earned his Master of Finance from Queen’s University in 2012.
