Mr. Wilson has spent the last eleven years as an active venture investor and executive. Over the last three years, Mathew led the company through a 10,000m exploration program and mine restart in Paraguay, an asset sale, and a rebrand and refocus from a South American gold production and exploration company to the Canadian focused silver and base metal company, Sterling Metals. Prior to his work as an executive, Mathew was a Principal at Pinetree Capital, a diversified investment fund focused primarily on the small cap mining sector. Mathew has acted as CEO for private venture capital companies and as a director for public TSX venture listed companies. Mathew holds a Masters in Finance from Queens University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Logan has over 25 years of financial advisory and senior financial management and accounting experience, having spent 17 years in Investment Banking prior to transitioning into Public Company CFO roles. Dennis currently serves as the CFO of Planet 13 holdings, the Chair of the Audit Committee of Eurcontrol Technics Group Ltd. (TSX-V: EUO) and Magna Terra Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: MTT) and serves as a part-time CFO BTU Metals Corp (TSX-V: BTU). Previously, Dennis served as the CFO, Director and Corporate Secretary of Almonty Industries Inc., a publicly traded tungsten mining and processing company (TSX-V: AII). Mr. Logan is a CPA, CA and started his career in finance and accounting with Ernst & Young LLP.

Dr. O’Brien has served as Technical Advisor to the Company since January 2023 and was instrumental in guiding Sterling’s recent high-grade copper discovery at the Soo Copper Project in Ontario’s Mid-Continent Rift.

From 2004 until his retirement in 2018, Dr. O’Brien served as Senior Vice President, Exploration and New Business Development at Lundin Mining Corporation, where he was one of the longest-serving members of an executive team that built the company into a leading international base metal producer. A consulting economic geologist and former mining executive, Dr. O’Brien has four decades of global experience across six continents, covering all stages of mineral exploration, project development, and corporate growth. He currently serves as a non-executive director with public companies, including NGEx Minerals, a Lundin Group company. Dr. O’Brien holds a PhD in Geological Sciences from Queen’s University and is widely recognized for his expertise in base metal and polymetallic mineral systems, with extensive global experience in copper deposits.

Jeremy Niemi brings over 25 years of global experience in geoscience, specializing in the discovery and development of significant mineral deposits. His expertise lies in guiding vision, strategic partnerships, and decision-making processes with base/critical and precious metal exploration.

A recognized Professional Geoscientist, Jeremy's career is marked by a series of successes in expanding gold and base metal deposits. His strategic insight and technical skills have been pivotal in leading exploration teams to substantial discoveries and advancements. Notably, his leadership contributed to the 10x resource expansion of the Eagle's Nest nickel-copper-PGE deposit, in the Ring of Fire.

Before Sterling Metals, Jeremy played a leading role in mineral exploration and development at Aurelius Minerals, Goldquest, and Noront Resources. His strategic leadership not only facilitated discoveries but also the advancement of these projects, underscoring his ability to effectively connect technical exploration with strategic business outcomes.

Jeremy's foundational experiences at Kinross and Inco were instrumental in his professional development, where he significantly contributed to expanding mineral resources and reserves. This background laid the groundwork for his expertise in both technical services and exploration teams.

Holding a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Earth Sciences from Laurentian University, Jeremy is committed to advancing the field of geosciences. His career is a testament to his dedication to continuous learning, innovation, and the integration of technical expertise with strategic insight.

Chris practices securities and corporate/commercial law and has been the President of Irwin Professional Corporation since August, 2006. He advises a number of public companies on a variety of issues including continuous disclosure and regulatory issues, reverse-takeover transactions, initial public offerings and takeover bids. Mr. Irwin also advises boards of directors, including independent committees.

Mr. Irwin is a director and/or officer of several public companies including: Valens GroWorks Corp., Drone Delivery Canada Corp., Minnora Corp., Pancontinental Gold Corporation, Deveron UAS Corp., Relay Medical Corp., Intercontinental Gold and Metals Ltd., Carube Copper Corp., Greencastle Resources Ltd., Latin American Minerals Inc., Laramide Resources Ltd., and Roscan Minerals Corp. Mr. Irwin has served as a member of the independent committees for both Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc. and Seafield Resources Ltd.

Mr. Irwin is a former director of Trelawny Mining and Exploration Inc., a company acquired by IAMGOLD Corporation in a $608 million transaction, and a former director of Sourthern Star Resources Inc., which was formerly listed on the TSX prior to becoming Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. and being taken over by Goldcorp Inc. in a $1.5 billion transaction.
