Sterling Metals is a mineral exploration company exploring for silver and base metals at its newly acquired Sail Pond project in Northwestern Newfoundland – consisting of high-grade, silver, copper, lead and zinc associated with quartz-carbonate veining; and for uranium and rare earths at its Butt Township Property in Nipissing, Ontario – where Uranium and rare-earth bearing pitchblend was discovered in the early 1900s and highly selective grab samples have returned 79.5% U3O8 in 2019, 0.45% U3O8 in 1921 and 9.75% in 1953.
